In the case you device breaking down, and in the event of needing repairs in our facilities, we have at your service and without any additional charge, an equivalent loan unit.

Shipping Parts

For your convenience, we send you the parts and accessories, simply tell us what brand, model and serial number of the equipment.
You can find this information on the products box or on the warranty document.

Equipment Installation

Many anomalies detected by us during and outside the warranty period, are caused by poor assembly.
Prefer the efficiency, professionalism and advice of our services!

Service

Our hours are from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday.

Express Service

Our company provides our customers with the Express Service.

The service aims to offer the possibility to request rapid action in about 2 hours, by paying an additional fee (see price list).

This Service:

• This service is available Monday to Friday from 09h00 to 19h00.

Exclusions:

• Remote areas (more than 40 km)
• Unforeseen situations or high justification
• Receiving notification of this service in less than two hours from the end of working hours.
